As a customer-owner, you play a vital role in guiding the future of our cooperative. Each year, you have the opportunity to vote and elect fellow customer-owners to serve on our Board of Directors and Nominating Committee. These individuals bring real-world experience from the farms and rural communities we serve, and they help make key decisions that shape our mission, values, and long-term success. 

By voting, you help ensure our leadership reflects the voices, needs, and goals of our member-owners. It’s one of the most impactful ways you can support our association and the continued strength of agriculture in northeast Texas.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Annual Meeting held on April 23 at our administrative office in Sulphur Springs. Your participation and support help ensure our cooperative stays focused on what matters most - serving our customer-owners and our rural communities. 

Election Details

This year’s election includes two Director positions, along with members and alternates for the 2026 Nominating Committee. Ballots will be mailed to eligible voting stockholders on May 7 and will include the option to vote by mail or online. Polls will remain open until May 29.
