Terry D. Milligan

Mr. Milligan owns and operates a beef cattle operation and hay production operation in Van Zandt County and Bryan and Atoka counties in Oklahoma, and he operates Milligan & Company Fire Ant Control. In 2015, he retired from USDA after 34 years of service. Mr. Milligan holds an associate’s degree in Farm and Ranch Management from Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Mr. Milligan has served as chairman of the board since 2016. He had previously served as vice chairman of the board and executive session secretary, and he is the association’s representative on the Farm Credit Bank of Texas Stockholder Advisory Council and nominating committee. He has served as stockholder-elected director since his election in 2010.
