Dustin Jones

Dustin Jones serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of our Gilmer location. A graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Dustin grew up on a 200-acre farm in Gilmer, where his family ran a cow/calf operation, and his grandfather grew broilers for Pilgrims. This deep-rooted connection to agriculture shapes his approach to lending and community involvement. Dustin began his banking career in 2000 and joined Firstbank in Tyler in 2008 as a credit analyst, later transitioning into a commercial lending role in 2011. In 2020, Dustin joined Legacy Ag Credit, where he is dedicated to helping local agricultural businesses grow and succeed. He takes great pride in hearing his clients' stories and watching their excitement as they share their business plans and goals. Beyond work, Dustin is a dedicated father of five, with much of his time spent supporting his children’s sporting activities. He is deeply involved in his community, serving as a board member for the Gilmer Chamber, a member of the Gilmer Kiwanis, and as an active participant with Gilmer ISD and the Gilmer Baseball Association.
